To Our RIS Family,
I wanted to reach out and share my sincere gratitude to every member of our RIS Community – our dedicated teachers, our hardworking support staff, and the wonderful family members who make Rogers such a special place. In reflecting on our shared path and the IB spirit we strive for, I found a bit of “turtle wisdom” that perfectly aligns with our IB Learner Profile:
A turtle may move slowly, but it moves forward with purpose, wisdom, and quiet strength. It reminds us that success isn’t about speed, but about direction, resilience, and thoughtfulness. The turtle is not swayed by the currents; it charts its own path with patience and grace.
This, at its core, is what being an IB learner is all about – using your knowledge, voice, and choices to make a positive difference in the world.

Terrapins had a surprise practice fire drill at 11:05am yesterday. Our Terrapins had practiced so often that they kept their focus on Freeze, Listen, and Follow!
Spring Break begins on Friday, April 3rd through Friday, April 10th. See you on April 13th!
Beauty & the Beast tickets are available online or in person.
Para Park is officially open for the season! We need soccer balls, nerf balls, chalk, card games, etc. We are also wishing for a foosball table too!
